Privacy policy
VORMIN uses the information submitted through the quotation form to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
What information do we process?
Your name, phone number, optional email address, property location, country, type of work, description and any photos you attach. Please do not send sensitive information or unnecessary photos of other people.
How do we use your information?
We process your information at your request to prepare a quotation and take steps before a potential contract. We use it for marketing only with separate permission. Access is limited to people handling your enquiry and technical providers needed to deliver the service.
Retention and service providers
Your enquiry and attachments are sent to the company’s email address. We retain them only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet any contractual or legal obligations. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for protection, Resend for delivery and Upstash to limit submission frequency when these services are activated. Security checks process technical information such as your IP address. We have not added advertising tracking to this website.
